NOTD: Pink Roses
While I was browsing thru a nail art magazine, one of the sample sets caught my eye. I really wanted to try it out and so I did.
Base: Gelish Take Action & Gelish Passion
I modified it a bit from the actual design. And as I had used white on my nails not too long ago, I didn't want to use white again, thus this set ended up being really pink. It took me a quite a while to get used to them as I'm not usually a pink nails person. It was just too sweet! Haha
Nails by Kim: Pastel skittles polka dots with embossed ribbon gelish mani
That title is a mouthful, because this mani is almost everything in one! Colours and nail art!
James told me before hand when she saw my pastels swatch that she wanted pastel nails.
From thumb to pinky (all colours mixed with Gelish Snow Bunny): Gelish Gossip Girl, IGel Tip Toe Thru The Tulips, ACG With It, ACG Wham, ACG Fly
Then we added polka dots
And finally she wanted an embossed ribbon

Nails by Kim: Drippy + Tutorial
I saw this design on Tumblr one day and decided that I would do something like it!
I created a tutorial and posted it on Instagram as requested by Kas and Sara
Drippy is really easy to do!

Blush of the week: Too Faced Creme Brûlée
One of my buys from ASOS.
The right shade doesn't show much, actually you can't even see it at all, however when used together, it helps to tone down the darker side (see the swatch on the bottom).
